Char-grilled marinated King Prawns with Thai herbs, accompanied by crispy rice noodles and Thai seafood dressing

 Mains 

Pad Hoi Shell

 Mildly–spicy, stir-fried till golden, King Scallops in Nam Prig Pao (chilli oil), large red chilli, spring onion, mixed peppers, onion and Thai sweet basil

 Pad Ka Prow Ped (W)

Medium-spicy, slices of crispy duck breast, with large red chili, sliced ka-chai, long bean, mushroom and holy Thai basil

Kung Yai Tod Gratium

Char-grilled Jumbo King Prawns, topped with crispy garlic and black pepper dressing, topped with chilli, spring onion, and coriander.
