Passorn serves delicate, carefully prepared and really quite beautiful Thai food .....
It was apparent that Passorn was a class act ...
..Passorn is a quietly elegant, tastefully kitted out restaurant in a serene, unostentatious way. Our gratium prig Thai prawn was a work of art and delivered flavours to match.
I have been back to Passorn for lunch, and already I’m looking forward to the next one.

I am not a foody and not prone to superlatives but I can say without any shadow of a doubt that the meal I enjoyed on that cold, grey Monday in Edinburgh was the best Thai food I have ever tasted!
